2. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are free of charge and are provided based on an initial assessment of the damage.
• Final costs may differ from estimates if additional damage is discovered during the restoration process.
• Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated to the customer and documented in a written change order before additional work is performed.
• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and insurance assignment of benefits.

3. Insurance Claims

We work directly with most major insurance providers. By signing an Assignment of Benefits (AOB) or Direction to Pay, you authorize your insurance company to pay us directly for covered services. You remain responsible for any deductibles, non-covered items, or amounts that exceed your insurance coverage. We make no guarantee that your insurance claim will be approved or that your insurer will cover the full cost of restoration services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the damage and property conditions.
• Grant our technicians reasonable access to the affected areas of your property.
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or changes during the restoration process.
• Remove or secure valuables and pets from work areas prior to service.
• Pay all amounts owed not covered by insurance in a timely manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Water Damage Restoration Boerne TX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those specific services.

6. Warranty

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled non-emergency service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services that are dispatched and then canceled upon arrival may be subject to a trip charge.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kendall County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Texas law governs these Terms.
